Anderson Enterprises is the parent company for several subsidiaries. Our primary endeavor is computer consulting under the name Anderson Computer Works. Anderson Computer Works is a consulting firm providing Information Technology solutions to small and medium size businesses in the Puget Sound area of Western Washington State. We are located in Kitsap County, just across the sound from Seattle. Networking We specialize in networking personal computers to each other and to network file and print servers running Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows NT / 2000 network operating systems. Our owners have over 15 years experience in the field of networking and network administration, office organization and automation, and are also experienced in dental and medical office organization and operation. Computers and Network Hardware We do prefer to provide dependable computer systems, parts, and network hardware from our own suppliers. We have been selling DTK computer systems almost exclusively since 1989. DTK's systems have proven to be excellent for use as workstations and servers. They are fully IBM/Intel compatible and come with a two year factory warrantee. Of the first 100 DTK computers we sold, only one defective motherboard had to be returned to DTK for replacement. Their dependability continues to this day. We also have extensive experience with other computer systems including Dell, IBM, Gateway, Micron, Compaq, and many others. If the customer prefers a particular brand we will be glad to accommodate them. Software We generally do not provide software other than operating systems. We can and will certainly obtain any application software that the customer wants, but please keep in mind that we may not be able to compete with the local "warehouse" stores for price. We are experienced and capable of loading and operating most application software on the market today. Inventory We do not maintain an inventory of computers, parts, or software. Components are ordered as needed so the customer is assured of always getting the latest technology at the lowest price. This does add a week or two to a project, but we feel it is well worth it to the customer. When we have a large order we can often obtain discounts from our suppliers by going out for bids. The savings are then passed on to the customer. Credit We are a small business, trying to keep our overhead down so we can keep our prices low without sacrificing quality. We do not extend credit, nor to we accept credit cards. The banks charge too much for their "services". We hope you will consider Anderson Computer Works for your Information Technology needs.
